Bin Ayed signs strategic agreement with Alyoum Poultry, part of Almarai
A strategic agreement covering the manufacture and installation of poultry houses, factories, warehouses, grain silos, fuel storage systems and energy facilities marks a new milestone in a partnership of more than 25 years.

With immense pride, Bin Ayed announces the signing of a strategic agreement with Alyoum Poultry, part of Almarai Company, covering the manufacturing and installation of poultry houses, factories, warehouses, grain silos, fuel storage systems and energy facilities.
Since its establishment in 1980, Bin Ayed has contributed to the delivery of major projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spanning the development, industrial, commercial and infrastructure sectors. This work is supported by more than four decades of experience in project execution and in building long-term partnerships with leading organizations and companies.
This agreement marks a new milestone in a relationship between Almarai and Bin Ayed spanning more than 25 years: a partnership built on trust, quality, commitment and shared success, and one that continues to grow through new opportunities and achievements.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Fawaz Al-Jasser, Chief Executive Officer of Almarai Company, and Mr. Feras Abdulrahman Bin Ayed, Chief Executive Officer of Bin Ayed, in the presence of His Excellency Eng. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture. The signing took place on the sidelines of the Poultry Industry Excellence Award 2026, held as part of the Middle East Poultry Expo 2026 in Riyadh.
The agreement forms part of a broader group of 27 investment agreements signed during the event, with total investments exceeding SAR 2.57 billion, reflecting the strong investment momentum and continued growth of Saudi Arabia's poultry industry.
The occasion was also witnessed by Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Ayed, Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Bin Ayed, Ms. Muram Abdulrahman Bin Ayed, Mr. Biju Joseph and Mr. Muaz Siddiq, marking a proud and memorable milestone for the Bin Ayed team.
This agreement reflects the continued trust and shared vision between both organizations, as well as their commitment to developing and delivering high-quality projects and infrastructure that support the growth of the poultry industry and strengthen its operational capabilities and supply chains across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
